ShipFromThailand provides sourcing, purchasing assistance, and international forwarding services from Thailand. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Orders & Purchasing

Customers may either:

  • Order products directly from Thai platforms such as Shopee or Lazada and ship them to our warehouse, or
  • Request our team to handle sourcing and purchasing on their behalf

All product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to the original seller’s conditions.


Service Fees

  • A 10% service fee is applied to the value of goods for small orders
  • Fees are reduced for larger quantities or recurring clients
  • International shipping costs are charged separately

All fees are clearly communicated before shipment.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping using multiple carriers. Delivery options include air freight (fast) and sea freight (economical).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. ShipFromThailand has no control over these charges.


Quality Control & Responsibility

We offer optional quality inspection before shipping. While we take care to verify products, we are not the manufacturer and cannot guarantee against hidden defects.

We are not responsible for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Differences in product expectations
  • Seller misrepresentation on third-party platforms

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international sourcing and forwarding, all sales are final.

Returns or refunds are only possible if:

  • An error is made by our team
  • The wrong item is shipped

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.


Liability

ShipFromThailand acts as an intermediary between customers and Thai sellers. We are not liable for:

  • Seller-related issues
  • Shipping delays or losses caused by carriers
  • Indirect or consequential damages
